Extremely disappointing experience. Inquired about the wait time for a £58 order after waiting more than 20 minutes, only to be told they didn't know how long mini fillets would take. Attitude received when asking for information. Offered a refund, but not handled well. Overall, a very dissatisfying experience.

Very slow service, and the food was cold. Drive-thru experience was unsatisfactory. Avoid this location. Owner may respond with generic promises to improve, but the management issues need to be addressed.

It's been about 28 years since my last visit to KFC. The changes are impressive, with a larger and more varied menu. The door is noisy.

Every time I use the drive-thru, I always get drumsticks regardless of my order. It seems that delivery orders receive better chicken, while the drive-thru gets leftovers. The oil is not changed frequently, affecting the appearance and taste of the chicken.

This KFC experience is so bad it's almost comical. The chicken seemed undercooked and smaller than usual. Slow service and forgetful staff. Not a place I trust for safe food. Overall, a very depressing atmosphere.

Family of 4 dined in, waited 20 minutes for food and had to ask twice for drinks. When the food arrived, a whole meal was missing. Had to wait another 20 minutes before requesting a refund.
